The Solution
The Eagle™ Pack 430 PRO is designed for the inspection of mid-sized packaged products and offers high-speed x-ray imaging. This machine is powered by SimulTask™ PRO image analysis software, which delivers exceptional high-resolution greyscale image processing with 65,535 values per image locating subtle differences for products on a line. The Pack 430 PRO can inspect and reject sealed liquid pouches that do not meet quality control specifications. In a single pass, the x-ray inspection machine for liquid in pouches can locate foreign body contaminants, locate missing caps and verify accurate weight.
